At Hey Mate, we respect your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

The Information We Need. When you book a session, we ask for basics like your name, phone number, and email. Because our Mates need to find you, we also collect your address or meeting location. If you chat with us on Facebook or Instagram, we keep those records to ensure your session goes smoothly. We only take photos or videos of a session if you give us your explicit consent first.

How We Use It. We use your info to manage your bookings, process payments, and stay in touch. It also helps us keep both you and our Mates safe. We won’t spam you with marketing unless you’ve specifically opted-in, and you can stop receiving those messages at any time by letting us know.

Payments & Security. Your security is a priority. For all bookings, we accept payments via Bank Transfer. Simply send the total amount shown at checkout using your preferred online banking or mobile app. Your trusted bank handles that encrypted data directly, to ensure security and keep things safe. This means Hey Mate never sees or stores your private financial details. Your payment is processed securely through your bank’s own platform.

Sharing & Storage. Your details are only shared with the specific Mate assigned to your session and the necessary service providers. While we primarily operate in Thailand, we use global tools like social media and secure cloud storage to manage our communications, which means some data is stored on secure servers abroad. We never sell your information to third parties.

Your Rights & Choices. Under Thai law, you are in control. You can ask to see your data, fix mistakes, or request that we delete your information at any time.
